04 Radio Premium
Radio Premium is a digital benefit made available through the purchase of a Game Pass on Roblox, granting access to advanced features, including but not limited to:
- Synchronized listening with other users
- The ability to upload audio files up to 8MB, included with the Premium benefit
The structure, features, and conditions of Radio Premium may be modified, suspended, or updated at any time without prior notice.
05 Content Upload
5.1 User Responsibility
Any content uploaded to the Service is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user who uploads it.
By uploading content, the user represents and warrants that they:
- Own all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to the content; or
- Are otherwise legally authorized to use and upload such content
5.2 Temporary Storage
The Service does not provide permanent storage of audio files.
- Uploaded files are used solely for temporary playback purposes
- Once playback ends or the content is skipped, the file is automatically deleted from the Service's systems
- No retention, archiving, or reuse of uploaded content occurs after playback
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, block, or restrict any content that:
- Violates these Terms
- Is deemed illegal or abusive
- Presents technical, legal, or operational risks
Such actions may be taken without prior notice.
06 Additional Upload Costs
Uploading audio files exceeding 8MB may result in an additional cost, calculated based on:
- The amount of data exceeding the included limit
- The associated bandwidth and technical resource usage
Any such cost is applied through a Roblox DevProduct, with the price varying according to the excess file size (byte difference).
07 Payments
- All payments are processed exclusively through the Roblox platform
- Transactions are subject to Roblox's payment and refund policies
- All completed payments are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by Roblox policies
08 Copyright and Intellectual Property
- The Service does not claim ownership over any content uploaded by users
- Users retain full responsibility and liability for the content they upload
- The Service acts solely as a temporary technical intermediary for audio playback
09 Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 General Principles
The Service has been designed in accordance with privacy-by-design principles, minimizing data collection to what is strictly necessary for technical operation.
9.2 Data Not Collected
The Service:
- Does not collect IP addresses
- Does not use cookies
- Does not store personal data
- Does not sell, share, or commercialize user information
9.3 Session Code
For operational purposes:
- Users may enter a session code generated within the Roblox game
- This code is used solely to associate a session with the user's Roblox username
- In the event of a support ticket, this information may be attached to facilitate identification and issue resolution
10 Logs and Security
The Service does not perform continuous or generalized logging.
However, in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Exploit attempts
- Unauthorized access
- Abuse or interference with system operations
the Service may collect minimal technical logs, strictly for the purposes of protecting system integrity, ensuring security, and applying corrective or disciplinary measures.
11 Zero-Tolerance Policy
The Service enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward:
- Exploits
- System bypass attempts
- Abusive automation
- Unauthorized access
Detection of such behavior may result in immediate and permanent actions, without prior notice, including:
- Revocation of access to the website
- Bans from the associated Roblox game
